Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Our initial shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been modified (such as sized rings).
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request return. We will confirm your request within 3 business days.
  2. Drop item off at 147 Maine Street Brunswick, ME 04011 or Ship the item with the label we provide you.

Additional Information:

  • Refund or store credit will be issued upon our receipt of the item in its original condition.
  • Customer pays initial and return shipping cost.
  • No restocking fee.
